My junkyard one is giving up on life. Where would you suggest getting a new one? Just Amazon?

Hello, If your car doesn't have an angle sensor, you can easily buy the one with two connectors. If it has ESP, it has two connectors plus one side connector. If you make a mistake when purchasing the module and buy it without ESP, that's also fine. In most cases, it's replaced because the internal flex cable breaks. You can transfer the ESP module from the old one to the new Clock Spring, since the ESP module itself is superimposed on top of a normal module. It's not complicated. Just take a few precautions. Key out of the lock. Disconnect the battery. Wheels straight. Remove the steering wheel. I'm leaving a link where I made the adaptation myself, also with the help of a video. And what no one tells you. You have to learn the part. It's very simple.
You have to put a translator in Spanish

The airbag ding, usually after I make a left turn.

And while using the radio buttons on the steering wheel, when it gets to FM, it's trying to scan the bands on its own.

When it's happened before, I usually assume it's one of the resistors I have in place of the curtain airbags (resistor is just sitting in the plug and shakes loose), but the left turn only and radio scanning points to the clockspring again.
