Carefully disconnect its little hose.
The part has clips, front and back, squeeze with fingers or needle-nose pliers, and push it up through the hood.
Push the new one in (facing the right direction... yes, from experience) until it clicks in.
Carefully re-attach its little hose.

Did this on our Caliber not that long ago, easy job. Open the hood, disconnect the fluid hose, and pinch the two clips on the underside to pop the sprayer out of the hood. Clip the new one in, reconnect the fluid hose, done. Replacements I bought came from Amazon, not as nice as the originals but get the job done.
Mine just broke today.
So, I'll be spending the extra couple dollars for the Mopar OEM one - I wouldn't want to cheap out on something this important!
Just kidding - I'll stop at the yard and grab some from a Yugo or something. 🙈

I tried taking this out using a small screwdriver; under the hood, Tee disconnected, I pried up on one of the sprayer's tabs (towards its front/windshield side). I was able to get that loose, but when I tried to pry the other tab (its back/front of car side), I ended up breaking it completely and a little piece dropped into the hood where I can't get to it.
Maybe needle-nose pliers would be better. I don't own none of that fancy shtuff.

There is no room for regular pliers or fingers. Why do you think I said needle nosed?

I recently replaced mine and I broke one of them getting it out but it really doesn't matter if ya break them because you are replacing them anyway.
