I have over 75K on my 07 SXT Sport 5 speed and just put replacement tires on last month. First, althought the OEM Firstone Affinity wasn't the best handing tire and noisy, I was impressed I got 75K. I rotated every 6-8K.

I bought and highly recommend Cooper CS4 tires. The Caliber rides so much quiter and handles better than ever. I have a good friend who is in the automotive field and told me to look at the CS4's, I'm glad I did.

Good report. At first I thought you were going to say you got more Firestones and I was going to have to berate you some. LOL

Isn't that the way it always seems to work out? The crappy Firestone tires (I have them on my car too), that you want to wear out quickly so you can put some GOOD tires on, wear forever (75K).

I kinda want my tires to wear out, but also I really don't want them too lol.
I had mine down to 5/32nd tread left. I replaced them right after that a few days after I had my oil changed.

Not an issue the newbies are discussing, have the MY10/11s got a better deal with OEM tires on their improved rims?
