I'm preparing my Caliber for a race this weekend, and last night I needed to relocate a bracket and I had to drill a new hole...the radiator was on the other side of that hole

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I'm working on getting a new one, and I'll solder the hole shut on this one as a backup plan.

I've changed the radiator from the stock Caliber radiator to a 2000s Ford Mustang GT radiator (bigger, and easy to get).

You can see the pinhole in this shot:

Here is the full shot.... the small radiator in front is the oil cooler

Here is the oil cooler connection to the oil filter:

I laugh every time I think about a Caliber in a race.

I’m sure yours is built for it, but mine, with its weak rubber-band powered CVT, someone would have to get out and push.

Do you still use the stock fans for that, or have you found a quiet pusher?

I cut the stock fans in half, and I use just one of them, they pump a lot of air.
