Dodge Caliber 1.8 2009. The H4 bulb from one headlight shines 50% fainter than the other. When the high beam lights are on, it lights only in the right. Electromechanical, without looking under the hood, that tipm module to be replaced. Bulbs replaced and new 12V. This year, I have changed the bulb cube twice because it has turned red. Have any ideas ?

Bad connector? Corroded connections? Bad ground? Get a can of contact cleaner and clean the headlight harness connections and the battery connections to start.

I'll wager good money you have a bad grounding (earthing) point...happened to me. Check all of the major grounding points and clean/repair as-needed.
