we germans have the heated mirrors but not power folding... just manual foldet...
and i want the power folding mirrors...

the idea with the compass mirrors isn't that bad but wouldn't work...
cause as you see on the pictures the adapter plate to the car is different as you see here:

Caliber:

so that i can get them i need the part# of the uk mirrors and the switch where you say to the mirrors: FOLD IN!!!


would be great if you can help me...
i 've actually the problem i hit a bus with my right mirror and the mirror broke and was just hanging on the cables... thats the chance that i wanna use to switch to the uk mirrors!

if you can help me fastly would be great cause i'm actually driving just with one side mirror


i was thinking about the us mirrors at first cause i like the look better but as they're not heated i don't wanna have them...

called my dealer cause the mirrors!


he sayed we need a VIN to order the parts!
so can i get a VIN please from a UK caliber?!

i watched to the cables....
there is the 1. problem...
as you see here in the pic there a 7 cables coming from the button...
i have just 5 cables comming up... not these 2 that are on the right side...

now i need the help of one of you guys

the button/switch (however) where you use the folding function... (@ the door panel) how much cables are comming to there?! cause if thats the same... how many cables come to there then its no problem to add those 2 cables...

I thought that Heated/Electric Folding mirrors were a standard fit on all Euro/Uk Spec Calibers!!You have a Sport Plus so I would have thought this would have been standard on your car!!

I have heated but not electric folding mirrors on mine, or yes mine can be fold ... by hand

I've never heard of power folding mirrors. Well mine are manual folding but power adjustable. But not heated and in MN that would be a great advantage.

Not to rub it in or anything, but My Journey has heated mirrors,lol, I am just saying,lol... :naughty: It has things my Caliber does not have, but wished it did.

Go ahead and smear our faces in it LOL!!! Welcome back!!! I don't think it would have cost Chrysler very much money to put heated mirror lens on the Caliber. My 10 year old Ford Taurus that i traded in, had heated mirrors LOL!!!

Must be just a UK thing!! My Patriot comes with Heated electric folding , but according to the Patriot Web. They dont get them in North America---strange!!

i that pic... but i don't know which color my wires have... but from the first look i don't have the red and the brown wires...
but that could also be 2 other wires..


as far as you have no power adjustable seats that might be no problem... cause the control unit!

now i need to know how much cables are going to the switch!
hope that will work!
