Hi guys I experiencing a whining noise during acceleration a noise like deef. I have a dodge caliber manual transmission 2011 model please help

Does the noise only happen when the car is in motion, or can you still hear the noise if you rev up the engine while the car is standing still?

Only when it's moving the more I press the pedal the it's making noise
