I got my car scanned today and it’s reading all these codes. The person that sold it to me said there wasn’t anything wrong but the window and the horn but he was definitely not telling the truth. I don’t have anytime to get the car fixed. Can someone tell me if it’s even worth the trouble and money to get the car fixed.

dose it drive funny?
It accelerates really slow
P0301 is a misfire code for cylinder 1. Possible causes are a problem with the spark plug in the cylinder or the ignition coil that sits on top of the spark plug and causes it to spark. Those are easy to test..move the spark plug to a different cylinder and see if the misfires moves with it. If it does, replace the spark plug. If it does not, move the ignition coil to a different cylinder and again, see if the misfire moves with it. If it does, bad ignition coil, just replace it. Both tests are very much work doing...a spark plug is only $10 or so and a genuine Mopar ignition coil (you do NOT want an aftermarket coil) is maybe $50.
I was told to just replace them but I have to find a mechanic because I’m not really good with cars
