Hello I am wondering if anyone has encountered this problem. I have a 2011 Dodge Caliber and when I drive it the check engine light started flashing and it doesn’t want to accelerate. I have changed my spark plugs and coils where should I start next. When I had it read I was told it was the plugs or coils so I changed both and it was neither.

Fuel injector #1 clogged?

Found this:
Did you buy new plugs and new wires? Swap the coil and plug from 1 to 4 vice versa to see if it follows.

OP said they replaced the plugs and coils and the P0301 (Cylinder 1 misfire) didn't go away. You can try swapping the plugs/coils between 1 & 4 like CaliburGuy suggested...that'll rule out a faulty new coil/plug. If the P0301 remains then you're probably looking at either a problem with the cylinder 1 fuel injector or a problem with the ECU
