Are there any exoskeleton kits for the Caliber? Kind of like the Exocet kit for the Miata.

Personally, I doubt it. Caliber is not a performance oriented vehicle nor sold as many as MX-5 Miata to have such fully custom exo kit. Sure, there were performance tuned SRT4 Calibers but only just over 4,000 of those were sold and the owners nowadays are having a hard time finding replacement OEM components let alone custom parts built specifically for SRT4.
