I was reading through the forum the other day and found an interesting thread that AWD Calibers have 8.1" ground clearance.
But when I measured my 07 Caliber and it only has 7.0" ground clearance with under floor catalytic converter at the lowest point.

So my question is that are MY07 and MY08 identical or does MY08 have different parts that increased its ground clearance?

No difference, suspect you are measuring a different spot. My guess it should be around the axle.

Ahh I see, I thought it was measured from the lowest point in between the front and rear axles.
