No problem man. I will get some later tonight. Also just be sure to know that this is just the prototype pluming and all lol.Can I see some detail on how you've routed the turbo plumbing?
I'd like to get a complete overview....I may be doing this myself.
Very cool! For the turbo coolant lines a friend and I just tapped into the heater hoses.
I have it but i need better plumbing first.. The turbo coolant lines are in the way.. Also all my turbo cars in the past never had a filter. I would like to get one installed on this one though.Very cool!
One question, where is the air intake for the turbo?
Yeah i have a excel sheet of everything i bought but i may need to revise it.You have a 1.8 engine?
170hp at the wheels from a 1.8?
I think they were rated at 150hp at the crank stock, 170 at the wheels is a huge gain! That would be something like a 40hp gain.
Do you have a manual transmission? Did you put in different or new fuel injectors?
What turbo are you using?
I was thinking of getting a salvage 2008+ Ralliart or Evo and pulling the whole turbo system, intercooler, plumbing, airbox and all to put into my Caliber.I am using a 2012 Lancer Ralliart turbo on about 7-8 PSI currently.
A evo will work. I am on my stock ecm with hptuners as my ecm management system.I was thinking of getting a salvage 2008+ Ralliart or Evo and pulling the whole turbo system, intercooler, plumbing, airbox and all to put into my Caliber.
How are you controlling the boost? Do you have the Ralliart ECU or a separate boost controller?
Did you use the exhaust manifold from the Ralliart? The Lancer engine and the Caliber engine were developed together and many of the parts are identical. It would be great to know that the Ralliart exhaust manifold worked....then I might be able to use all the hot and charge plumbing and maybe even the Rallart airbox too.I did use all of the charge pipes from the Lancer Railiart. The evo should be the same. The hot pipes i used was custom.
