The transmission filter was replaced as well?

Have you cleared the codes with a scanner, to see which codes come back?

I'm thinking if you had bad transmission fluid (and/or dirty transmission filter), that's what may have caused the P0700 code, and it just needs to be cleared.

If the fluid now, after driving for a while, has dropped below its normal level (due to a leak, or just air flushed through from replacing the filter), may also push a P0700 code - and the fluid level just needs to be rechecked and topped off.

I try to deal with one code at a time; the other codes possibly related to an ABS issue...

In theory if you pull the ABS fuse out it'll shut down the system and the car will revert to normal non-ABS brakes.
