The transmission filter was replaced as well?
Have you cleared the codes with a scanner, to see which codes come back?
I'm thinking if you had bad transmission fluid (and/or dirty transmission filter), that's what may have caused the P0700 code, and it just needs to be cleared.
If the fluid now, after driving for a while, has dropped below its normal level (due to a leak, or just air flushed through from replacing the filter), may also push a P0700 code - and the fluid level just needs to be rechecked and topped off.
I try to deal with one code at a time; the other codes possibly related to an ABS issue...
