Can anyone tell me what is good battery voltage across the battery terminals.
Sometimes when starting the first try is a click but second try it starts.
I cleaned the battery posts. I put my booster pack across the terminals and it showed 12.6 bolts. Is that good or not so good.

12.6V while not in use is usually considered fully charged for a typical car battery. Anything below 12.0V is low charge and and needs to be recharged.

Possible that your main relay is starting to fail due to corrosion...that could explain the weird start behavior. Several discussions about it recently, check yours.
