I wonder how difficult it would be to convert an AWD R/T to an all-electric.

I’m guessing at least two electric motors - one for the front drive, and one for rear?

The CVT would need to be tossed. No transmission for this? All direct drive?

Maybe have a rear gearbox installed for the front wheels?

Batteries and electrical in the engine compartment, or sitting low in place of the fuel tanks, muffler, and spare tire area?

I don’t think the existing axles and CV joints would handle the torque.

Stop laughing at me. No, I don't want to “just buy a Jeep.”

Seriously, though. Since I can’t find info on a propane conversion for this, maybe electrifying one would be a fun project.
