Mopar has decided they are better off buying out our lifetime bumper to bumper warranty for $2,500, the car has 130,000 miles, Chrysler has replaced the throttle body, lower control arm, sway bar, front & rear struts. oil pan, crankshaft seal, timing cover, AC evaporator and intake manifold.

I am tempted to take the $2,500 before doing so, I want the dealer to double and triple check anything likely to fail in the next few years.

What else is likely to be on cusp of breaking / overdue for being broke?

Is the 'dealer' independent of CHRYSLER?
They would not be offering unless it was a bad deal for you.
If it were mine I would drive it for a lifetime b-t-b, but if you are looking at new cars anyway then fair enough - no relatives who could 'borrow' it?

I called Chrysler - it's a scam, not sure how it benefits the scammer.
