Hey everyone, I can’t seem to find what I am looking for exactly. I was driving home a few nights ago and my car suddenly lost power and went into limp mode. The only lights that come on are the check engine light (which is flashing) and the traction control light. Car has a whining noise and when in park will rev to 3000 rpm like it should to hit the rev limiter. When trying to drive it doesn’t have enough power to accelerate like it should. Only goes to 2000 rpm and has no power to get up hills. I am wondering if my transmission is going bad or if it’s the throttle body. (IT ONLY DOES THIS WHEN THE CAR IS WARM AFTER 10-15 MIN. OF RUNNING.) wasn’t sure if my fluid just gets thinner and allows the transmission to not go.
