Ok, bored here. Just throwing a weird idea out here for brainstorming.

Imagine putting two motorcycle tires side by side. Two tires, two rims, probably separated by some type of spacer(s), mounted on all four corners.

Eight wheels total.

Ignore, for the moment, of airing up or replacing the inner tire.

I’m wondering if there would be any benefit in handling, traction, etc for a setup like this. It would definitely be a unique look - I think I got this idea from a car manufacturer decades ago. Maybe this could be a thing?

My tires look like this at the moment:

What is up with your current tires? Alignment or suspension issues causing uneven wear? How many miles on those tires?

Alignment. It’s got that 2⅛" lift kit, but I never took it in to get aligned (did it myself).

I found out today that the passenger-side lower control arm balljoint is bad/loose, so acquired another entire control arm from the junkyard ($22) and will be replacing it tomorrow.

Damn car has been wobbling all over the place; too cheap to take it to an alignment shop, lol.
