cvt issue

i have a 2010 dodge caliber sxt with 83,000 miles and bought it used it seems when it gets cold outside the transmission is slipping when you come to a complete stop you go to take off and it will crawl no matter what the rpm's are till it gets rolling it wont hardly go and if you on a hill...
