    it seems to me that you are going through alot of misery trying to save this tipm, if it indeed is failing it isn;t likely to stop at this one point of failure. more and more problems will probably follow, my advice is to replace it with a rebuild

    Yea I’m starting to think the same thing honestly but if i can save the $400 even for a after market remanifactured tipm it’s worth it to me, I’m definitely not spending the $1,000 on a new one but hey money saved is money saved these days and i don’t mind tinkering around with mechanical stuff anyways. And if i eventually have to replace then is what it is i guess!

    DUDE... Chris your are the absolute MAN!! Thank you Thank you Thank you brother I really appreciate that now i get to to play around with the tipm for a few hours tomorrow!! Thanx everyone who helped in any way!!
