Phone Survey

Received a call last nite asking about my new Caliber. Last week received a questinair to fill out and return to DCX. Anybody else received these?

only the dealership called me a few weeks after I got the car to see if everything was ok and how I was liking the car... no survey

I recieved a telephone call about my satisfaction with the dealer and my decision making process that led up to buying a Caliber.

Yes, I received several calls from the dealer everytime my car was in the shop (alot).
Also, I received a survey in the mail asking about my service and car. :rolleyes: I had to rate each question. I think it was mailed to headquarters. (I didn't have to pay to send it back, wasn't that nice!)

I finally received the phone call after 6 weeks of ownership. I have now received e-mail, snailmail, and a phone call on the same subject.
