mopar grounds effects

i went to the dealership 2day to drop off my car and i noticed that one of there calibers on the lot has this black lip trim and side trim, that looked preet neat. so i went up to it and it said MOPAR ground effect kit 999.00 i was like holly crap 1k for something that looks like trim thats doenst even get painted.
i went to mopar.com and looked it up and they have the front trim piece for 249. but nothing about the sides.

so i went an did a search and i found this site http://www.wyckoffchryslerparts.com/docabokitcl.html
that has that kit but they call it bodykit cladding, and they have if for 445.00.
the pictures they have i really cant see if its the same, but im sure it is.
does ne1 have this cladding kit

I think the "body cladding" is just that: for the body sides only. It says something in the description about installing with the "chin" listed below that. Regardless, it seems overpriced to me. My 2002 Impala came with the same thing at no extra cost. Just an opinion...
