Did any of your dealers have a brochure for the Caliber? My dealer does not have any and says they dont know when they will have some.

practical brochure

There is at least one feature about the Caliber brochure that is practical. The torque curves are given for the 3 Caliber engines! If you have the CVT, the torque curve information should allow you to get the most efficiency & MPG for your car. For example, the torque curve for the 2 liter engine has a fairly low RPM torque peak near 2800RPM. The torque doesn't reach the 2800RPM torque peak level again till 3900RPM! If my interpretation is correct, patient acceleration at 2800RPMs should give you the best MPG. Or have I misunderstood the torque curve potential? Of course, cars around you might not like you poking along so slowly. Anyhow, my SE Caliber doesn't have a tachometer. Should the potential of better mileage using a tachometer & torque curve, encourage me to get a tachometer installed(with trip computer?)? I've already been able to get 33+MPG on the road.

and we laughed years ago when people were paying $2 on flea-bay for a brochure available for free at the dealers.

Was like pulling teeth to get a dealer to give me one, when I was looking to buy my 08 CSRT-4.
Dealer I bought the car from had NONE !
Dealer I bought my Extended Service Plan, supposedly gave me his last one.
Are they going to be that rare ?
If so will be hanging onto mine !
Sold the one I had, when I bought a 1970 Cuda', on E-bay.
Got $30.00 for it.
