Its funny how something as simple as a brochure can be such a hot item.
My dealer showed me one as i was buying my car and went to put it away while i was away. My wife assured him that I would want it... and he unwillingly caved to her steely gaze...
I actually gave mine back because there were so few and in such high demand. Funny, i didn't realize it was like that everywhere. You can actually see more on the dodge.ca website. Even build your own car to get approximate pricing. Good Luck!!!
:wavey:
When shopping for the caliber, I ordered one through Dodge.ca... that was 2 months ago. Seems dodge is back logged with both the cars and the brochures.
haha ya, I couldn't get one for just the Caliber, so the dealer gave me a catalogue of ALL the dodge models haha, it's pretty sweet, gives details and specs on all the models, it's about 3/8"- 1/2" thick.
There is at least one feature about the Caliber brochure that is practical. The torque curves are given for the 3 Caliber engines! If you have the CVT, the torque curve information should allow you to get the most efficiency & MPG for your car. For example, the torque curve for the 2 liter engine has a fairly low RPM torque peak near 2800RPM. The torque doesn't reach the 2800RPM torque peak level again till 3900RPM! If my interpretation is correct, patient acceleration at 2800RPMs should give you the best MPG. Or have I misunderstood the torque curve potential? Of course, cars around you might not like you poking along so slowly. Anyhow, my SE Caliber doesn't have a tachometer. Should the potential of better mileage using a tachometer & torque curve, encourage me to get a tachometer installed(with trip computer?)? I've already been able to get 33+MPG on the road.
This is a funny thread. My dealership has had caliber brochures everytime I've been there. Picked up my second one today just cause i could when i was checking out the new Dodge Nitro which is super cool by the way. Dodge Caliber brochures on Ebay-starting bid $20.00. LOL
Was like pulling teeth to get a dealer to give me one, when I was looking to buy my 08 CSRT-4.
Dealer I bought the car from had NONE !
Dealer I bought my Extended Service Plan, supposedly gave me his last one.
Are they going to be that rare ?
If so will be hanging onto mine !
Sold the one I had, when I bought a 1970 Cuda', on E-bay.
Got $30.00 for it.
I got one but it's a 09 and mines a 2008... and I got the 09 dodge caliber acessories one two....and I have a dodge caliber accessories without a model date on it and I think it's an 09 also just newer.
